Classical numerical techniques are used to find families of symmetric periodic orbits in the equatorial magnetic-binary problem. In addition, variational methods are used to study the stability for each orbit. It is found that low energies imply high speeds and consequently small periods. Loops of the orbits are found near the bodies and are nonuniformly distributed along an orbit; they are most conentrated at the side nearest a primary.
