About thirty per cent of radio sources have steep radio spectra in the
UTR-2 catalog. We use radio, infrared and optical identifications of
these objects to study their properties. Our work presents the analysis
of quasars, galaxies, and galaxy clusters with spectrum steepness at the
decameter range.
