We discuss physical mechanisms of radio-to-TeV gamma-ray emission from gamma-ray loud binary systems. The emission spectrum of such systems can be formed in interaction of a relativistic wind (produced either by a young pulsar or via pair production by gamma rays in the photon field of companion star ) with the wind from companion star. We discuss the possibility to constrain the physical characteristics of the pulsar winds from the multiwavelength observations of such systems.
