RoboNet is the first global network of robotic telescopes. Among it's
principal scientific aims is the detection of small extrasolar planets
with the method of gravitational microlensing. We present here a summary
of the various stages of operation of the project with particular
emphasis on the robotic operation and automated data analysis.
