Venera-13 and 14 data obtained during Dec. 7-10, 1982 and Jan. 5-9, 1983 are analyzed in order to investigate the dynamics of high-energy solar particles and the frequency spectrum of interplanetary-magnetic-field fluctuations. The analysis made it possible to determine the parameters of charged-particle propagation near shock-wave-type large-scale structures of the solar wind.
