A recursive formula is derived which represents an infinite chain of transport equations for a collisionless turbulent plasma. The derivation is carried out on the basis of the Vlasov-Maxwell stochastic integrodifferential equation system and a representation of the slowly varying part of the distribution function by means of symmetric algebra. Attention is given to the expression of the correlation functions in the transport equations through electromagnetic-field fluctuations.
