A fourth series of photographic measures of selected visual binaries has been obtained with the astrometric reflector of the Astronomical Observatory of Torino. This series contains 143 accurate measures of the astrometric parameters rho and theta which are the result of a critical selection among the observations. Those having deviations from the mean rho larger than 3 sigma = 0.08 arcsec were rejected. The date of observation, angular separation, position angle, and number of exposures per plate are given.
