The data recorded by the LSD and IMB underground detectors, by the Baksan underground telescope, and by the Rome and Maryland gravitational-wave antennas are studied in an effort to identify time correlations between the data. Such correlations are discovered, and a maximal effect is found to have occurred during the one-hour period between 1:45 and 2:45 UT on February 23, 1987. Some of the difficulties in interpreting the effect are discussed. The distribution of the number of coincidences between occurrences registered by the LSD detector and the Baksan telescope is presented.
