Introduction The developed instrumental ware, conditions of placing of the telescope on the Lunar surface is supposed to provide accuracy of 1 ms of arc for position detection of the star position on the CCD array. The measurement of the rotation of planets is one of techniques to get the information of the internal structure of planets. The Lunar Laser Ranging (LLR) has given unprecedented data on the lunar rotation, and gives some proposals of the state of the core. In situ Lunar Orientation Measurement (ILOM) [1] is an experiment to measure the lunar physical librations in situ on the Moon with a small telescope which tracks stars. While the LLR inevitably has the effect of the motion of the Earth (both orbital and rotational), in situ observation is free from them, and the undersanding of the inner structure of the Moon will be improved. Simulating the trajectory of stars due to the lunar rotation observed by the ILOM on the polar region was already made [2] by using numerical theory DE405. Existing analytical theories have worse accuracy than numerical theories [3]. Nevertheless, using the analytical theory it is possible to predict and to understand better many fine effects in the Lunar rotation. Each term in the libration series has its own "physical" origin and geometrical manifestation and it can help to understand, how, for example, free core nutation (FCN) can be manifested itself and to find the method of its detection.
