This report contains the first atmospheric simulation results from the three-level general circulation model. Temperature and water vapor are prognostic variables, the wind calculation is based on the quasi-geostrophic method. The parametrization of synoptic scale vortex, convection, large-scale condensation, evaporation, clouds, radiative transfer, some effects of topography is included in the model. The surface albedo is a function of the prescribed surface type and predicted snow cover.
