Calorimeters, Weak-Interaction And Lepton Aspects
Scientific paper
Proposed more than fifteen years ago as possible detectors for rare event searches, low temperature calorimeters (bolometers) are presently being exploited in many actual experiments. Unique aspects and possible impacts of large mass bolometric detectors in Neutrinoless Double Beta decay searches are summarized. Presently running experiments and proposed future projects are finally reviewed. .
