An analysis is made of variations of the degree of irregularity of the magnetic-field modulus and fluctuations of cosmic rays in recurrent high-speed solar-wind streams. It is shown that the dispersion of the field in the leading and lagging parts of the stream is greater than in the central part. The high regularity of the magnetic field in the central part of the stream is preserved as its width increases. A high correlation is observed between the field dispersion and the plasma velocity.
