Dielectronic-recombination (DR) data such as singly and doubly excited-state energies, autoionization rates to ground and excited states, radiative decay rates to singly excited states, and DR branching ratios are presented for recombination from oxygen-like to fluorine-like Ar, Ti, Fe, and Se ions. These data have been obtained using a detailed Hartree-Fock calculation with relativistic corrections. Three- and four-parameter fits to these data were then made to obtain scaling relations for the above mentioned quantities. Using these scaling relations one can thus interpolate the DR data for any ion with atomic number 18 <= Z <= 34. By extrapolation, one should also be able to calculate the DR data to atomic numbers in some range beyond Z = 34.
