Solar flare is the high energetic phenomena in the solar atmosphere. There are many effects of these phenomena on the space weather and Earth's atmosphere. Fourier transformation analysis has been applied on time series of the last three solar 11-year cycles (21, 22 and 23) for grouped solar flares and Hard X-rays bursts (HXRBS), during period of time from August 1976 until April 2005. The same analysis is carried out for the 10.7 cm radio flux during the solar cycle 23. The data obtained from solar-geophysical data of NOAA, Colorado. There are short and long term periodicities were appeared. According to the data analysis, the 154 day periodicity has appeared and significant again during solar cycle 23. This periodicity was absent during solar cycles 20, 21, and 22. The analysis led to interested results for long-term periodicity and its agreement with the daily solar flare index results. These periodicities are related to the theoretical mode of solar activity and core oscillations.
