On the basis of the NSVS data the star GSC 4293-0432 was discovered as a
new Algol-type system. During the photometric campaign the
multi-periodic oscillations with a peak-to-peak amplitude of up to 0.04
mag in V were observed. From the Rozhen spectral and photometric CCD
observations some physical parameters of the system were estimated.
