One-loop quantum corrections to the scalar potential in N = 1 supergravity inflationary models with flat Kähler metric are considered. It is also shown that these corrections can be important in the slow-rollover region where the potential must be very flat to provide for inflation. It is shown that quantum corrections can be used to produce a successful slow-rollover phase transition in a model which, at tree level, does not exhibit a phase transition.
