Routine observations of ducted magnetospheric echoes have been made at
1.91 MHz using a ground-based transmitter with a peak power of 17 kW and
a pulse length of 150 microsec. The positively identified echoes were
recorded during periods of moderate solar activity, with delay times of
approximately 260 ms, corresponding to L values near three.
