A 3D global model of the Galactic cosmic rays (GCR) electron production
rate has been developed for the 50-90 km altitudes, 55 deg S-55 deg N
latitudes and all longitudes on the basis of the present theoretical
examinations. The longitudinal effect of ionization from GCR up to the
mesopause has been obtained.
