In this paper we summarized the primary results in the studies of solar intranetwork (IN) magnetic fields, based mainly on a set of the best time sequence of Big Bear magnetograms ever obtained. More than 2,500 individual intranetwork elements were identified and their flux measured; more than 500 elements were followed from birth to death, which allowed accurate estimation of flux evolution and velocity pattern.
