It is shown how the intensity of gravitational radiation by an
ultrarelativistic charge in an external electromagnetic field can be
determined. The method is applicable to a wide class of problems. A
closed expression is obtained for the intensity of the radiation emitted
in circular motion in a Coulomb field.
