The third quantization of a simple minisuperspace model is considered. It is argued that if there are no universes at small values of the scale factor, then the number of large size universes is exponentially large, n ~ exp (3MPl2/Λ), where Λ is the cosmological constant. This result provides a possible interpretation of recently proposed solutions to the cosmological constant problem.
