Photometric distances of the components of triple star systems of the Leningrad State University Astrophysical Observatory are determined from photoelectric UBV photometry and spectral MK classification data. The consistencies between the distances and the physical connection of the triple star components are analyzed. It is shown that 95 percent of the objects under study are physical star systems.
