Ongoing activities to improve the orbits and ephemerides of comets
Halley and Giacobini-Zinner are outlined. The nongravitational
acceleration model of Marsden et al (1973) is used to represent the
motion of these two comets over their observed intervals, and recent
orbital updates are presented.
