It is shown that the total number of baryons evaporated by a black hole
can differ from that of antibaryons, even if baryonic charge is
microscopically conserved. The baryonic asymmetry of the Universe which
can be generated by black-hole evaporation in a specific mechanism first
proposed by Zeldovich is estimated.
