Seeing data obtained quasi-simultaneously at the University of Hawaii 2.2-m telescope and at the Canada-France-Hawaii 3.6-m telescope (Henry et al. 1987) are compared and interpreted in terms of telescope aberrations (FWHM of about 0.5 arc sec), facility seeing (mean FWHM of about 0.6 arc sec), and atmospheric seeing (mean FWHM of about 0.5 arc sec).
