With the two-body problem used as an example, the gravitational interaction of two material points is investigated analytically with allowance for the relative velocity of the material points in an inertial frame of reference. The resulting law of material point motion explains the observed anomalous perihelion displacement. The calculated secular anomalous perihelion displacements for Mercury, Venus, earth, and Mars do not exceed the observation uncertainty.
