Different channels for the effect of Pc3-5, P/2 geomagnetic pulsations on ELF-VLF whistlers in the inner magnetosphere are examined on the basis of experimental data and theoretical models. It is shown that the resonant character of the interaction of wave disturbances of different scale plays an important role here. The resonance is connected with the periodic alternation of electron accumulation stages in the radiation belts and their precipitation into the ionosphere.
