Effective temperatures, angular diameters, radii, and luminosities for nine B7 - A7 stars of IV and V luminosity classes are obtained. Six stars were used as primary standards during the compilation of the Moscow and Alma-Ata spectrophotometric catalogs, and three are among the 238 stars recommended as spectrophotometric standards. Comparison of effective temperatures obtained with the IR flux method with T(eff) determined earlier and with results obtained by other authors shows satisfactory agreement.
