Spectrographic measurements carried out at the Zvenigorod station were used to obtain data on the intensity of lines of the P1 cK prime not greater than 9 band of OH (7,3) 882.3 nm in the upper atmosphere that indicated the nonequilibrium distribution of the populations of the rotational levels. Similar nighttime behaviors of the rotational and vibrational temperatures were observed, pointing to height variations of the OH emission layer.
