The spectrum of long-period oscillations (T = 6-40 min) in Ez and
magnetic field was investigated on the basis of simultaneous digital
recordings made at Spitsbergen. It is shown that the variation spectrum
of Ez and magnetic field has a discrete character in both quiet and
disturbed periods at any time of the day.
