In this paper, we discuss the evolution and motion of two kinds of current filaments in the background magnetic fields, as well as the physical relation to the flare eruptions. In terms of this theoretical framework we analyze the possibiltiy of flare precursor originated from the variation of the magnetic flux in the active regions, furthermore, study the relationship between the distribution of currents inside filaments and the current intensity of filaments, as well as current distribution's effect on the flare process. Our calculated results coincide with the observational data on whole. It is indicated that the flare theoretical framework which is based on the evolution and motion of current filament in the active regions is reasonable.
