The paper reviews observations and the most important results obtained with the CORONAS-F satellite over more than three years of its orbiting in 2001-2004. The observations and the related new results concern global oscillations of the Sun, active regions and solar flares, the lower corona, ultraviolet and X-ray solar radiation, and solar cosmic rays.
