The present 20-cm wavelength radio continuum emission observations of the (C-12)O and (C-13)O 2-1 lines in the edge-on galaxy NGC 3628 indicate a total molecular gas mass of 1.3 billion solar masses for the central 4 x 1 kpc of the galaxy. Only a small fraction of the molecular gas is concentrated in high density cores of the molecular clouds. Evidence is found for a spiral arm structure from both the radio continuum and the CO observations.
