The gravimetric factors for an elliptical uniformly rotating Earth are computed according to a new definition with respect to Wahr's results and considering the mantle inelasticity. The Love numbers h and k are defined in the elliptical Earth case to correspond to the Love spherical definition. They become latitude dependent. The tidal parameters discussed in this paper are computed for an inelastic Earth's mantle. The numerical results show an increase of ≡0.4% of the gravimetric factors with respect to the Wahr's values. The Love numbers h and k increase by ≡ 1.4% to 3% with respect to the elastic case.
