Gravitons as well as primordial fluctuations can be generated from vacuum fluctuations during an inflationary phase of the early Universe. They are described by squeezed quantum states. Since they develop quantum correlations with other degrees of freedom, their local entropy is nonvanishing. I derive the entropy for a single mode and show that it is smaller than its maximal value. The remaining information is stored in the primordial peaks of the CMB temperature anisotropy and polarization. I also give an estimate of the total entropy obtained by summing over all modes. .
