In order to explore the metallicity of high-z dusty galaxies in the
evolving phase, mid- and far-infrared line diagnostics by using deep
spectroscopy with SPICA are extremely powerful. We here propose to use
far-infrared [O III] and [N III] lines to study the metallicity in
dustenshrouded parts in galaxies.
