Two HEAO-l Soft X-ray sources, H1501+66 and H1659+44, have been identified with extremely blue featureless optical continuum objects. Exploratory IUE exposures have detected UV flux from these optically faint (~ 15^m) objects. This proposal seeks to obtain longer exposures to improve the continuum measurement, measure any 2200 A extinction and detect weak lines. The scientific import is to confirm white dwarf nature of the objects and better estimate their physical parameters.
