The wave function of the universe for the spinor field in the induced theory of gravity is solved by using Hartle and Hawking method. The wave function obeys the Wheeler-De Witt equation. The results indicate that the spinor field affects strongly the wave function related to the initial condition when like-scalar factor α is very small, and the behavior of the spinor field resembles scalar field when like-scalar factor α is great.
