Consideration is given to an analytical theory of the motions of a rigid satellite relative to its own center of mass in the case when the mean orbital motion is commensurable with satellite rotational velocity. The solution of the averaged (in the sense of Delaunay-Hill) problem of an axisymmetric satellite moving in a circular orbit is taken to represent the intermediate motion of the satellite relative to the center of mass. A total system of first integrals of the intermediate problem is obtained.
