Velocity measurements for 512 objects obtained by multiobject spectroscopy in a field of 30'x30' centered on the galaxy cluster Abell 2163 are presented. For each object, table1.dat provides the spectroscopic identification number, right ascension and declination (J2000.0); radial velocity and the associated error, RTR parameter (Tonry and Davis, 1981ApJ...246..680T) as an indicator of the goodness of the cross-correlation redshift, a quality flag for the redshift, a flag indicating the presence of emission lines, and a flag corresponding to the instrument used. Objects are sorted by increasing Right Ascension.
