Radio and radar astronomy observations supported by the Deep Space Network are described including pulsar observations, planetary radar imaging, and very long baseline interferometry observations of the compact radio nuclei of normal and extended galaxies and quasars. The results of a pulsar rotation constancy experiment are given and their implications discussed.
