The problem of null geodesics in multi-dimensional homogeneous cosmologies is investigated. General expressions for redshift relations in a simple Bianchi I cosmological model are given and analysed. These relations could be used to test multidimensional world models. It is also shown that there is a finite probability for a photon to be emitted, in a random way, and to cause an observable effect associated with extra dimensions. This probability increases with time.
