The orbits of the Saturnian satellites 1980S1 and 1980S3 have
approximately the same semimajor axes, but the difference in longitude
librates between values of approximately +6 deg and -6 deg in 3000 days.
Thus the satellites never approach extreme proximity and the orbits
appear to be stable for extended periods of time.
