Long-range weak-interaction forces arising from multiple neutrino
exchange do not significantly affect the evolution of a homogeneous,
isotropic universe. Inhomogeneities can induce an effective local
1r2 force between electrons but the magnitude of this force
is much smaller than gravity for our universe.
