This paper presents a short summary of observations of microwaves giving evidence of the presence of sources of release of nonthermal energy in most active regions. The analysis is based on spectral-polarization observations carried out on the radio telescope RATAN-600 and describes three kinds of the “nonthermal” components of different physical nature.
