We consider a model for active galactic nuclei (AGN) in which particle
acceleration takes place, and interactions of accelerated protons with
photons of the radiation field, and with accreting matter, result in
particle production. We obtain the energy spectrum of neutrinos produced
and predict the high energy neutrino intensity due to unresolved AGN.
