The behavior of the diurnal variation of high-speed streams of the solar wind is examined on the basis of Deep River neutron-monitor data for 1973-1974. The dependence of the diurnal-variation parameters on the speed of the streams is investigated, and analyses are made of cosmic-ray anisotropy inside the streams and of the dependence of the anisotropy on the direction of the field in the streams.
