A cross-correlation analysis of variations of scintillation indexes is used to analyze the structure of disturbances of the interplanetary plasma traveling from the sun. It is shown that the spatial scale of traveling disturbances in the radial section amounts to 0.2-0.3 AU and agrees well with the observed scale of scintillation-index variations (approximately 1 day). The absolute scale with respect to heliocentric longitude is 60 deg on the average, and 45 deg in the heliolatitudinal section.
