The results of photometric observations (in the UBVRJHK system) of V1329 Cyg are discussed. The variations of optical brightness are consistent with a period of 950.07 days. The fluctuations of IR brightness reach about 0.7 mag in the J filter. The cool component in the V1329 Cyg system is classified as an M6 giant. The distance to V1329 Cg, estimated from the flux at 1.25 micron is about 9.7 kpc.
