Secular and eclipse variations of CI Cyg optical emission lines during 1979-1984 are presented. Hydrogen and helium lines show pronounced but nontotal eclipse effects while forbidden lines do not show such effects. This suggests that these lines are produced in different parts of the nebula. The physical and geometrical parameters of the line formation regions are determined. The parameters characterizing the boundary layer (T = 100,000 to 150,000 K, L = 1000 to 2000) responsible for the excitation and ionization in the nebula and the accretion rate are estimated.
